For Returns, all parcels must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery and must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene liners and swing tags in place. 

Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs on international orders (although, we are working on it). Please ensure your return package is prepaid and insured, for your protection, in case of loss or damage.

All of our products are made with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.

Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.

Return / Exchange

Richi RIch is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange, the choice is yours. Returns are now free within Indonesia and the process is simple.

Please send returns/ exchanges here along with your packing slip and note saying what you would like to exchange (please contact us at richirichbali@gmail.com so we can set item aside) for a quicker transaction.

PLEASE MAKE SURE IF YOU WANT TO RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS BELOW:

  • Original tags and lining attached.
  • Items are not to be damaged, worn, washed or worn.
  • Damaged item will be sent back to customer.
  • Buyer pays for own shipping to send back.
  • Must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving item to offer refund.

Indonesia Exchange:

  • Step 1:  Email us for confirmation and get a form for returning.
  • Step 2:  Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order.
  • Step 3:  Send your item/s and your Return Form back to us by
  • dropping it at your local Post Office to our address above.
  • Step 4:  Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation.

Please note, we do not offer free returns on sale items. If you’re stay in Bali you can directly return it to our stores in Seminyak or Ubud or we can use Gojek.

International Exchange:

  • Step 1:  Email us for and get a form for returning.
  • Step 2:  Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your order.
  • Step 3: Send your item/s, along with packaging and the Return Form to our address above.
  • Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund
  • or exchange and send you email confirmation.
