How do I shop Richi Rich intimates?
Our products are available online, through our website and to shop in store you can visit our stores in Seminyak or Ubud.

What my size?
Our sizes come in xsmall, small, medium or large. You should select the size most similar to your usual cup size and dress size. The size guide is available in each item that you select.

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard for international order. But if the order is domestic (Indonesia) we prefer transfer bank.

How can I track my order?
After purchasing, you'll receive a payment confirmation email. Once payment has been confirmed, the processing and shipping process will begin. Depending on your selected shipping method, a tracking number will be updated and emailed to your address.

How much is the shipping cost?
The cost for the shipping is depending on the destination.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders will process between one or two days after checking out. Purchases made on Sunday will not be sent until the following Monday. Purchases made on public holidays will be sent the next following working day as well.

What’s your returns and exchange policy?
We understand sometimes shopping online can be risky, which is why we have an easy and straightforward exchange and refund policy. If a style doesn't fit, you may return the garment and we'll replace it with the correct size (this is excluding all underwear bottoms).
Garments that are returned or exchanged must be in original condition with swing tags attached. Garments that have been worn, have makeup marks or perfume cannot be returned.

Please Note:
Underwear (bikini bottom) cannot be refund or exchanged at any point due to health regulation. So please select your sizing carefully. And for shipping cost back and forth is borne by the customer.

Can I order Richi Rich as a gift?
Of course, why not?! Shoot us an email after you purchase and we can add a custom message + wrapping, if requested, and will ensure no receipt is sent in the package. Your receipt will be emailed directly to your provided email address.
